By accessing or using ImageToolHub (“the Site”) at imagetoolhub.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ImageToolHub provides a collection of free, browser-based image processing tools including (but not limited to): image compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, watermarking, text overlay, collage creation, PDF conversion, and metadata viewing.

All tools operate client-side — image processing is performed within your browser on your own device. We do not receive, store, or process your image files on our servers.

You agree to use ImageToolHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use the Site to process, create, or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, or constitutes child sexual abuse material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Site in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications (spam)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation

We reserve the right to block access to the Site for any user we believe is violating these Terms.

The Site and its original content, features, functionality, design, and code are owned by ImageToolHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Site’s content or code without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Open-source libraries used by the Site (including PDF.js, jsPDF, JSZip, Bootstrap, and others) are subject to their respective open-source licences.

Since all image processing occurs locally in your browser, we do not receive, store, or transmit the images you process using our tools. You retain full ownership of all images and files you use with the Site.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any image or file you use with our tools, including compliance with copyright law, licencing agreements, and the rights of any individuals depicted in images.

When you submit a message through our contact form, you grant us permission to use the content of that message to respond to your inquiry.

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using any tool will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Any errors or defects in the Site will be corrected

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMAGETOOLHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS TOOLS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including affiliate links (such as links to Canva). These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission helps support the free operation of the Site.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Site.

As the Site requires no account creation, “termination” in practice means blocking access from your IP address or device. You may contact us if you believe such action was taken in error.
